GRIEF AND LOSS
There is a way through grief
If you have lost someone or something - a person, a relationship, a job, a future you had counted on - and you are still carrying it, that is not a sign that something is wrong with you.
It is a sign that grief does not resolve on its own. It is worked through. And there is a real difference between the two.
Some days are manageable. Others are not. You may have tried talking about it, but the advice you received did not quite reach the place that needed it. And so you are left with the quiet assumption that you will simply have to learn to live with it.
That is not true. Grief can be worked through - and it can happen within a defined, structured process, if you use a method that actually works.
Most people associate grief with bereavement. But grief arises from any significant loss - divorce, job loss, illness, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a version of yourself and your life that you believed in.
There are over 40 life events that can trigger grief. All of them deserve to be taken seriously.
The programme runs over 7-8 weeks, with weekly sessions online. There are no books to read and no formal assignments. You choose when we meet.
A daily life that functions again - sleep, concentration, energy
The ability to feel the grief without being consumed by it
An understanding of your loss that makes sense going forward
You may not feel much happening during the sessions themselves - that is entirely normal. For many people, something shifts around the 7th session. For others, it settles in the one to two weeks after the programme ends, once everything has had time to land emotionally. There will be thinking. That is part of the work.
This is not therapy. It is structured grief work with a certified specialist - focused on progress, not on revisiting the past indefinitely.
The method is well-documented and has helped thousands of people across many countries over many years. None of the clients who have completed the programme have reported no change or that things got worse.

A grief programme is a structured, evidence-based process in which you work through your loss and the thoughts, feelings, and reactions that come with it. It is not therapy. It is a defined learning process with a clear focus on progress and practical tools.
Yes. The programme takes place entirely online, and that does not diminish the quality or the presence. I have worked with clients across three continents. Being in the same room is not what makes the work effective.
